Sound Off for Poverty
The Sound Off for Poverty Youth Movement educates young people about poverty in America and empowers them to do something about it by raising awareness and funds to help people in need through Love INC.
By conducting a Media Fast (abstaining from electronic entertainment for at least three days), young people tune out life’s distractions and tune in to God’s heart for the poor and those in need.
This is a great opportunity for youth groups to raise awareness of those in need right in our own community. Funds raised through Sound Off for Poverty support the work of Love INC affiliates meeting the needs of the poor in local communities and also help develop new Love INC affiliates across the country so that more people in need will be helped in the Name of Christ.
